Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Print Founder. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you can enter a binding business agreement and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, authorized team members, and activity under your account. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-disruptive activity.
3. Plans, payments, and taxes
Plan fees and print-order charges are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing controls. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, and approved adjustments. Except where required by law or stated in the Print Order Policy, fees are nonrefundable.
4. Customer content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Print Founder the limited rights needed to store, review, process, produce, and deliver it. You represent that you have permission to use all submitted artwork, names, marks, and personal data.
5. Platform and fulfillment
Product availability, pricing, carrier estimates, and production times may change. We may reject unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or rights-infringing jobs. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
6. Service changes and termination
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the account controls, subject to legal retention obligations.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Print Founder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid to Print Founder during the twelve months before the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
8. Disputes and changes
Before filing a formal claim, contact support@printfounder.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
