We collect account and contact details, business profile information, client records you enter, artwork and files, quote and order data, payment-method references, shipping and tracking data, support communications, device and security logs, and consent records.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service; calculate quotes, tax, and shipping; process payments and orders; send transactional messages; provide support; prevent fraud; meet legal obligations; and improve platform reliability.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared as needed with service providers that help us operate and deliver the service; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and a successor in a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We retain information for the account lifecycle and as needed for transactions, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, backups, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption for configured secrets, tenant scoping, logging, and other safeguards, but no system is risk-free.

Your choices

Account owners can update profile data, manage team access, submit resale certificates, and request account deletion through Tax & Account Data. Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain personal data.
