Print Order & Artwork Policy

Review before payment

Print orders are customized goods. Before checkout, review the product, options, quantity, destination, artwork version, preflight results, price, tax, and estimated shipping window.

Artwork responsibility

You confirm that submitted artwork is authorized and production-ready. Automated preflight catches only selected technical issues and does not replace proofreading, design review, color evaluation, or legal clearance. Acknowledging a warning accepts the stated risk.

Changes and cancellation

After verified payment, orders enter fulfillment and cannot ordinarily be changed or canceled. If production has not begun, contact support immediately; any accommodation is discretionary and may include incurred costs.

Color, cutting, and quantity tolerances

Printed output may vary from screens, desktop proofs, or prior runs. Industry-standard color, trim, fold, finishing, and quantity tolerances may apply. Exact color matching requires a separately confirmed production method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. Tracking is provided when available. Verify the destination before payment; reshipment caused by an incorrect address may require an additional charge.

Problems and remedies

Report damage, shortage, incorrect production, or another defect promptly through the order issue workflow and provide requested photos or evidence. After review, the available remedy may be reprint, replacement, partial refund, full refund, denial, or another reasonable resolution. Do not discard affected goods until the review is complete.
